Terms and Conditions for Online Password Generation


    THE CUSTOMER MUST READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES SUCH AS USER: BALANCE ENQUIRY, STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT, REQUEST FOR ISSUE OF CHEQUE BOOK, VIEW PERSONAL ACCOUNT INFORMATION, DETAILS OF HOLDING / STATEMENT OF DEMAT ACCOUNTS AND OTHER FACILITIES AS THE BANK MAY DECIDE TO PROVIDE FROM TIME TO TIME LIKE TRANSFER OF FUNDS BETWEEN ACCOUNTS, ETC, BY REGISTERING TO USE THE SERVICES AS ALSO BY VIRTUE OF THE CUSTOMER CONTINUED USAGE OF THE SERVICES, THE CUSTOMER SHALL BE DEEMED TO HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPTED THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND SHALL BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME.

 

  • Online password generation module allows the Internet Banking User ('Customer') to generate his/her Login Password online on the following terms & conditions.

  • The Customer can generate the Login Password online by verifying his/her correct and valid credentials viz. Customer ID, and debit card details or Credit Card details or Loan Account Number and KYC / demographic details.

  • In case where the debit card or credit card is in blocked state, the Internet Banking password regeneration is not allowed.

  • The Customer should act in good faith, exercise reasonable care and diligence and shall be solely responsible for the confidentiality of the account/debit card/credit card/Loan Account / Internet Banking details and such other items relevant or pertaining to the Account including Personal details. Under no circumstances should the Customer disclose these details to any other person or provide the details in Phishing mails or permit the Debit Card / Credit Card to come into the possession or control of any other person. The Bank shall not be held liable if details referred herein are compromised by the Customer or the card is given or handed over or is in possession of the third party and the Customer shall keep the Bank indemnified, harmless and absolved the Bank of its liability in this regard including from any loss, cost, penalty, charges, including legal fees/charge, etc; which may cause to the Bank due to Customer discloses or divulges his/her details to any other person or misused by any other person in any manner whatsoever. The Customer shall be solely liable and responsible, in case if the said details are compromised by the Customer knowingly or unknowingly, in any manner whatsoever.

  • In case the Customer provides wrong ATM Pin or incorrect KYC details for 3 consecutive attempts under this module the Login ID shall be disabled, temporarily and the Customer will not be able to further set the password on the same day by using this online module. Customer will have to wait till the next day to be able to be able to generate password online again.

  • In case the Login password is disabled due to wrong use of the Password for 5 consecutive attempts, the Customer will be able to generate the password online; however the Customer will not be able to generate the Login password if the same is disabled by the Bank, due to some technical or other reasons. Any customer who visits the Bank’s website to change login password or successfully changes password shall be bound by these terms and conditions and shall be deemed to have read and understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

  • The Bank shall not be held responsible if, OTP is not delivered by SMS to your Mobile Number registered with Bank.

  • The Bank never calls for secretive information like card no., CVV no., ID, PIN No., or Account or any Personal details, by phone call or otherwise. Please never disclose your Account or any Personal details to anybody. The Bank shall not be liable for transactions taking place through valid Login ID and password.

  • The Customer shall not transfer or assign use of, or access to Internet Banking facility provided by the bank, to any other Person/third Party. The Customer shall immediately notify the Bank, if any unauthorized use of his/her Login password or personal details or any other breach of security noticed by him/her.

  • The Customer agrees and acknowledges that, except as otherwise provided by applicable laws, rules, regulation or in the Loan Agreement or terms & conditions applicable to the Account(s), the Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Customer’s failure to comply with these terms and conditions.

  • The Customer confirms that, these terms and conditions applicable shall be duly complied with at all times. These terms and conditions shall be in addition to any other terms and conditions for the services.

  • All charges, if any levied for the services shall be borne by customer.
